MEDI provides group and one-on-one counseling.  We plan, coordinate, and conduct trainings, workshops and seminars using a proactive or reactive approach to improve skills, information and opportunities. Our business plan “template” simplifies the startup and expansion process.  Our counseling helps businesses complete and understand their balance sheet and cash flow statements.  Our business development services are unmatched in the field of minority and women-owned business development.
